This condo is equipped with the best furniture, an ocean and bay balcony, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and laundry, and it accommodates up to 10 guests. This condo is exclusively rated for non-smokers. We do not accept any kind of pets at our Adagio Ocean City vacation rentals, and the minimum age required for renting this condo is 25 years.

The Space

This 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom luxury condominium is located on the fourth floor of the Oceanview Towers with stunning ocean and bay views from the balcony. The condo is tastefully furnished with some of the best furniture from Bethany Resorts and Kendall Furnishings to give the beach house a stylish and comfortable touch.

The master bedroom is large and comes with a king-size bed, a premium mattress, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. This central bathroom has two washbasins, a stand-up glassed-in shower, a drenching tub, and gorgeous tiling in seaside shades and motifs.

The second bedroom of the condo consists of a queen-size bed and double bunk bed with twin on top, and a flat-screen TV for the convenience of a family. The en suite bathroom in particular has a standing shower and a lot of counter space and shelves.

The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen television. Just across the door is a complete hall bathroom and shower, and a tub for multiple occupancy is available.

In the living room, there are large glass sliding doors opening to the balcony, and they give direct ocean views. The large open-plan room has a very comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for family movie nights. During the winter nights, especially during the winter season, the gas fireplace offers much-needed heat.

The kitchens of our Adagio oceanfront vacation rentals boast granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom-built cabinets. Equipped with supplies for meals for up to twelve people, the kitchen of the Adagio #412-Oceanside Luxury is well equipped to prepare tasty vacation meals and includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, small appliances, pots, pans, baking dishes, and dishware. There is a private dining section with a table and chairs located at the end of the living area.

Location and Facilities

Located in the middle of town on 59th Street, our Adagio oceanfront vacation homes make it easy to get around and visit the places and events, shop, and even eat along the beautiful coastal line. The private Pacificview crossover is only a hundred yards from the building entrance, which leads directly to the beach and is handicapped accessible.

Some of the features that are available to our guests at the Oceanview Towers include a year-round heated indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub, which are provided for leisure and recreation with ocean and bay views. Chairs and tables are placed around the poolside together with sun beds and seating arrangements, and people can eat there. There is an indoor portion of the pool, which is designed as the open air, but in the building.

The newly expanded fitness center features new state-of-the-art equipment for treadmills, elliptical trainers and bikes, weights, and other fitness machines and equipment. In the large gym area, floor-to-ceiling glass windows are used in front of the gym to create an ocean view while exercising.

Additional facilities of our Adagio oceanfront vacation homes include business and fitness centers, a game room for children, an elevator that has access to all the floors, and paid parking spaces in the garage, but there are free outdoor surface lot spaces for all the guests. They offered an additional covered parking space where one is available, but parking cars within the compound are prohibited. The building has restricted access as a way of ensuring that the occupants are secure and at ease.

Guests who are staying at our Adagio Ocean City condo rentals also have privileges to the 54th street VIP beach nearby, which has beach chairs and umbrella rentals, food and drinks, a rest room and changing area, lifestyle and extravagance, music and fun, and a kids corner, among others.

Booking Details & Rates

Our Adagio Ocean City vacation rentals are available for booking during the high season, which is from June 16th to September 1st, and they can only be rented weekly on Sundays during this period.

Different Adagio oceanfront vacation homes have different terms depending on the time of year; however, during the May, June, September, and October shoulder seasons, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The condo is not available for rent from October to April because the area gets cold for tourists during this period.

This condo can accommodate 10 people sleeping in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The maximum number of actually allowed persons is 10, which means that no more persons are allowed.

The nightly rental rate is between $300 and $500 per night, depending on the season and other restrictions on the minimum number of nights. Weekly summer rentals are $2100-$3500 per week. Weekend holidays call for a 4-night stay at the cottages.

Apart from the rental charges, a refundable security deposit of $500 is charged when you book our Adagio oceanfront vacation homes. This deposit is taken in the event of damages or a very messy state and is refundable within one week after departure if the house is left in its original state and no stains or damages are permanent.

Amenities & Accessories

They are not included, but a professional local company delivers and collects fresh linens, makes all the beds shortly before check-in, and collects used linens from the master suite at an additional $130 charge. In this case, the guests can opt to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay at the facility.

• To encapsulate, the kitchen is well fitted with all dinnerware, glassware, and utensils to set a table for 12, thus enabling the cooking of large family meals. Even small appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc., are also included in the services offered by the motel.
• Our Adagio oceanfront condos are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest’s stay to ensure cleanliness.
• In-unit laundry machines reduce the laundry requirements with a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. Detergent pods are also supplied to the students for free.
• Cable television with DVR means being able to watch a favorite show, a movie, or a series during free time. A DVD player is also provided for carrying favorite films as well.
• Television lighting offers a romantic atmosphere to the couples, while blackout curtains in the bedrooms enable one to have a good sleep. Plethora of storage space throughout the unit with both closets, dressers, and built-in storage space makes the unit organized and free of clutter.
• Toilet amenities such as shampoo, soap, tissue, and toilet paper are stocked at the initial stage of the event. Beach accessories, such as sunscreens, hats, chairs, toys, etc., are provided by the guests themselves.
